Andrew Kirkland is the General Manager at International Paper’s Beaverton Recycling Facility, where he leads plant operations, sustainability initiatives,
and customer service for one of the region’s most important fiber recovery centers. With over 15 years of leadership experience across recycling, logistics,
and beverage distribution, Andrew previously served as Director of Warehouse Operations at Swire Coca-Cola. There, he managed waste reduction initiatives,
reverse logistics, and large-scale operations supporting clients like Walmart, Target, and Kroger. He holds an MBA from Willamette University and is passionate
about developing teams, streamlining operations, and contributing to a more sustainable future through practical, real-world leadership.
